We’re a local music agency that connects you with the best live performers, DJs, and entertainers in the South Dorset area. Whether it’s a wedding, corporate event, private party or venue night, we’ll match you with the right act for your vibe and budget.
How does the booking process work?
1. You tell us what you’re looking for. 2. We send you a shortlist of available acts. 3. You pick your favourite, and we handle the rest – from contracts to communication.
What types of acts can I book through you?
We offer a wide range of talent, including: • Solo singers • Acoustic acts • Function and covers bands • Wedding & club-style DJs • Speciality acts, including saxophone and instrumental piano And more – just ask!
Do you supply equipment?
Most of our acts come fully self-contained with their own PA and lighting. If needed, we can also supply additional sound or lighting equipment at great rates.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking as early as possible to guarantee your first choice – especially during peak wedding season (May–September). That said, we can often help with last-minute requests too!
Can I see the acts perform before booking?
All of our acts have live videos (or mixtapes for DJs) available on their artist pages on this website. If you'd like to see more, we suggest heading to their social media pages, where you can check out their more up to date video content, as well as keep up to date with their public performance dates - also artists really appreciate the extra followers!
Do you cover events outside South Dorset?
Yes – while we focus on South Dorset, we often book acts for events in Weymouth, Dorchester, Bridport, Poole, Bournemouth, and beyond.
Is there a booking fee?
There are no hidden fees. The price we quote will be all inclusive, including a booking fee. You pay one clear price, and we handle everything else.
What happens if the act cancels?
We’ve got your back. In the rare event of a cancellation, we’ll immediately work to secure a replacement of equal quality. Our network is strong, and we always aim to keep your night on track. If, for any reason, a replacement cannot be found, you'll receive a full refund, no questions asked. Your peace of mind is just as important to us as your event.
Do I have to pay a deposit to confirm booking?
Yes, we require a small deposit (between 10-20% of the overall fee) to secure your booking. This confirms the act and holds your date in their diary, and ours. The remaining balance is usually due closer to the event - we'll outline all payment details clearly when you book.
Deposits are non-refundable unless the act cancels and we're unable to find a replacement (in which case you'll receive a full refund).
